On December 27th, 2016 at around 2:13am, an Officer on patrol discovered two males juvenile near a business in the first block of North Cedar Street.  The juveniles fled from the officer, with one of the juvenile eventually stopping.  That Juvenile was found to be in possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia  and a alcohol.  The other male Juvenile was found several hours later hiding in a storage area.    As a result of this incident police referred a 14 year old male of Willington, DE to the Youth Aid Panel and cited a 14 year old male of Lititz with Disorderly Conduct.
