On September 13, 2025 at about 1:35 AM the Saugerties Police Department arrested Michael S. Neglia, age 38, of Saugerties, NY following a dispute complaint.  Resulting from the investigation into that complaint, Neglia was arrested for the misdemeanor of Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree.  Neglia was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and held pending arraignment at Central Arraignment Part court in Kingston, NY.
