On September 10, 2025 at about 2:50 PM the Saugerties Police Department arrested Xanadou Blue, age 45, of Kingston, NY following an investigation into an attempted burglary.  Resulting from the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued by the Town of Saugerties Justice Court.  Blue was later arrested and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on an unrelated offense, where he was subsequently brought to the Saugerties Police Department.  Blue was returned to the Ulster County Jail pending prosecution.
