Jose Lebron-Fernandez was arraigned by MDJ Monson on Friday, August 22, 2025. Manheim Township possessed three warrants for Lebron-Fernandez. He was committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $500 bail. The warrants were canceled.

Retail Theft Warrant, March 10, 2025, TJ Maxx at 832 Plaza Blvd (MT) – Jose Miguel Lebron-Fernandez, M/51, of Lancaster, PA was charged with the above offense following a report of a retail theft. A witness reported that on March 3, 2025, the defendant concealed shoes inside a duffel bag that he removed from a wall display hook. He then left the store without paying for the merchandise. The value of the stolen merchandise was $144.96. Video surveillance was obtained, and it showed what the witness had reported. The defendant was identified as Jose Miguel Lebron-Fernandez from a similar incident that occurred in East Lampeter Township. A photo of Lebron-Fernandez showed that he was the same person in the surveillance video for this incident. He has five prior retail theft convictions.

A criminal complaint was filed, and an arrest warrant obtained. Jose Miguel Lebron-Fernandez remains a wanted person at this time.
