The Manheim Township Police Department learned that Castaneda was in custody in Lancaster County Prison on Thursday, August 14th, 2025. He was arraigned and remains in custody on $20,000 bail.

Criminal Trespass, Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, Criminal Mischief Warrant, December 30, 2024, 1600 block of Judie Ln (LT) – Justin Castaneda, M/27, of Lancaster, PA was charged with the above offenses. The victim reported that during an argument on December 24, 2024, Castaneda became extremely aggressive and agitated. He threw items at the victim so they locked themselves in a room. Castaneda began striking the door and yelling obscene statements. He ultimately caused significant damage to the door while attempting to enter the room. Castaneda walked away, at which time the victim exited the room. Castaneda charged at them, causing them to lock themselves in another room. While inside this room, Castaneda punched two holes in the door. He eventually left the residence. The damage was estimated at $200. Then, later that day, the victim left the residence for a trip. Castaneda began texting them to leave the door open so he could go into the residence. The victim refused and Castaneda replied by saying he would climb in the window. On December 28, 2024, the victim returned home and found the door unlocked, which they locked before their trip. They found the window AC unit was dislodged from the exterior window and it appeared someone had been inside. Castaneda is not on the lease for the residence, was never given a key and was told that he could not come to the residence while the victim was gone.

A criminal complaint was filed, and an arrest warrant obtained. Justin Castaneda remains a wanted person at this time.
