On August 5, 2025 at about 9:25 PM the Saugerties Police Department arrested Andrew E. Hughes, age 35, of Saugerties, NY following a complaint.  Resulting from the investigation into that complaint, Hughes was arrested for the misdemeanor Menacing in the 3rd Degree.  Hughes was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
