Carlisle Police have obtained a warrant for Andrew Pottinger related to a retail theft and access device fraud that occurred on May 17th, 2024, at about 1710 hours at Lowes, 850 E High St. Anyone with information concerning Pottinger's whereabouts is asked to contact the Carlisle Police Department at 717-243-5252 or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.
