On July 19, 2025, at approximately 12:37 pm, the Lancaster Township Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Graythorne Rd.

Upon arrival, officers found that the female party, Anyara Tejada Mendez, a 27-year-old female, was still on scene. The subsequent investigation revealed that she had assaulted the female victim.

Tejada Mendez was arrested on scene and taken into custody.

The suspect was charged with one count of Simple Assault (M2). She was transported to the Lancaster County Prison for processing and arraignment.
