The Fairview Township Police Department arrested 37-year old Mark Anthony Smith of Bushytail Drive, Frederick, MD after officers were dispatched to a local hotel off of Limekiln Road, New Cumberland on 9/12/2024 at 7:43 am.  Officers responded and learned Mark strangled and forcibly raped a woman known to him while staying at the hotel.
