2/23/25, at 4:05 PM, Officers were flagged down in the 300 Block of W. State Street by a group of people who said two people were engaged in a very loud argument in the parking lot across the street (KS-25-002121). Officers contacted the two subjects involved in the argument, who advised that there was no physical altercation and that both were fine.
2/24/25, at 10:09 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of W. State Street for a suspicious condition of a male subject looking through the windows of a business. (KS-25-002143). Contact was made with the individual who advised that he was canvassing the area for the roofing company he works for. He was informed that no soliciting is allowed in the Borough and that he should notify coworkers of this.
2/24/25, at 10:23 AM, Officers were dispatched for an older white male walking suspiciously on South Street through a parking lot. (KS-25-002144). The subject was contacted, and nothing blatantly suspicious was observed.
2/24/25, at 11:58 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of S. Broad Street for a disturbance between a landlord and tenant (KS-25-002150). Officers stayed on scene while codes checked the residence without issue.
2/24/25, at 12:08 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of S. Washington Street for a theft report (KS-25-002152). The reporting party advised that their phone had been stolen from a place of business between 3:00 PM and 4:45 PM the previous day. This incident is pending further investigation.
2/24/25, at 9:58 PM, Officers were dispatched to assist Delaware State Police in locating a wanted subject at their residence in the 100 Block of E. Cedar Street (KS-25-002168). They contacted a resident, who advised that the subject no longer lived there.
2/25/25, at 2:37 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of Marshall Street for a vehicle that had not moved for a few days without a residential parking permit. (KS-25-002201). A parking ticket was issued to the vehicle described.
2/25/25, at 4:02 PM, Officers were dispatched to the Parking Garage for an elevator rescue. (KS-25-002205). Upon arrival, no one was inside the elevator.
2/25/25, at 6:56 PM, Officers were dispatched for a missing juvenile who had not shown up for a basketball game (KS-25-002211). Upon arrival, Officers were advised that the subject was located at a different gymnasium.
2/25/25, at 8:08 PM, Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that made a left turn on red from W. Cypress Street onto S. Union Street (KS-25-002216). After further investigation, the operator was taken into custody for an active arrest warrant out of Baltimore, Maryland.
2/26/25, at 1:43 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of Scarlett Avenue for a missing person report (KS-25-002257). Officers completed an emergency ping on the missing person’s phone, traveled to the provided location, and found the subject without incident.
2/26/25, at 3:26 PM, a ChildLine CY 47 report was received in reference to the maltreatment of a child. (KS-25-002332). After further investigation, the child presented happily, and there was no concern about their safety.
2/27/25, at 5:00 AM, Officers Ortiz and Andress assisted the Chester County Detectives with the execution of a search warrant in the 300 Block of Community Lane, Coatesville. (KS-25-002299).
2/27/25, at 2:51 PM, Officers observed a 2010 Chevrolet in the 300 Block of E. Cypress Street with suspended registration due to an insurance cancellation (KS-25-002298). During the traffic stop, Officers seized the vehicle's counterfeit inspection and emission stickers. Subsequently, the vehicle was towed for not having insurance.
2/27/25, at 1:20 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. South Street for two juveniles allegedly snorting an unknown substance. (KS-25-002293). Upon further investigation, a large amount of contraband was located on one of the juveniles. This incident is pending charges.
2/28/25, at 7:52 AM, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 Block of Kenview Avenue on a vehicle with an expired registration (KS-25-002316). Subsequently, the driver received a Non-Traffic Citation for the small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia he had inside the vehicle, and the vehicle was towed due to having no valid insurance and the operator not being a licensed driver.
2/28/25, at 2:45 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. South Street for a physical altercation between two females. (KS-25-002334). The subjects involved were both issued Non-Traffic Citations for Disorderly Conduct.
2/28/25, at 5:12 PM, Officers were dispatched to S. Union Street for an erratic driver (KS-25-002340). Union Street was checked from South Street to the Borough line, with negative results for the vehicle described.
2/28/25, at 7:51 PM, Officers received a report of an unidentified male in a light-colored van that approached a male subject in the 400 Block of Center Street and asked if he had any money or anything for him while reaching into the waistband of his pants. (KS-25-002354). This incident is pending further investigation in an attempt to identify the male.
3/1/25, at 8:35 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of Magnolia Street for a possible overdose. Officers assisted EMS in carrying the patient and loading them into the ambulance. (Ks-25-002395).
2/23/25, at 3:38 PM, a non-reportable accident occurred in a private parking lot in the 100 Block of N. Union Street. (KS-25-002119).
2/26/25, at 4:19 PM, a non-reportable accident occurred on N. Union Street. (KS-25-002258).
