2/9/25, at 12:28 AM, Officers were requested to assist the Pennsylvania State Police with a domestic incident on Irving Drive, West Grove. (KS-25-001539). Officers assisted with locating the subject, who had fled the scene.

2/9/25, at 7:54 AM, Officers were requested to assist the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department with a suspicious condition in the 300 Block of Scarlett Road (KS-25-001546).

2/9/25, at 8:45 AM, Officers were notified that a male subject was lying on the ground, not moving, in the 100 Block of W. Cypress Street (KS-25-001545). Officers got the subject back on his feet with his permission, but he refused medical attention.

2/9/25, at 2:06 PM, Officers were requested to assist the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department with a domestic in the 200 Block of W. State Street, Avondale Borough. (KS-25-001555).

2/10/25, at 5:05 AM, Officers were dispatched for a report of broken mirrors discovered on a vehicle in the 100 Block of Race Street. (KS-25-001584). This incident is pending further investigation and review of surveillance footage.

2/11/25, Officers conducted patrols of the winter warning routes due to the snowy weather (KS-25-001667). Vehicles were removed from winter warning routes, and patrols were conducted throughout the shift.

2/11/25, at 12:00PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of E. South Street for a male juvenile who a female juvenile had assaulted. (KS-25-001670). This incident is pending further investigation.

2/12/25, at 5:46 PM, Officers received a report at station of a possible PFA violation. (KS-25-001675). After speaking with the reporting party, it was advised they only wanted this incident documented and were not interested in filing charges.

2/13/25, during the day shift, the Borough Ordinance for snow on sidewalks was monitored. (KS-25-001702). No violations were observed.

2/13/25, at 10:55 AM, Officers were dispatched to escort an oversized tractor-trailer from Terminal Way (KS-25-001701). The escort was completed without issue.

2/13/25, at 9:08 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 400 Block of Birch Street to assist EMS with a mental disorder. (KS-25-001710). The patient refused EMS services, and their mother was provided with information for the mobile crisis team if she wanted to contact them later.

2/13/25, at 11:14 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 300 Block of Harvey Circle for neighbors placing “strange trash” in the reporting party’s trash cans. (KS-25-001715). Officers advised if they determine who is doing this, they will be cited accordingly.

2/14/25, at 9:01 AM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of Scarlett Avenue for a sedan blocking the driveway (KS-25-001728). The vehicle was issued a parking ticket, and the owner relocated it to the school parking lot.

2/14/25, at 11:04 AM, Officers were dispatched to S. Union Street and E. Mulberry Street for someone moving the crosswalk signs from the road to the sidewalk. (KS-25-001730). Officers did find both signs off to the side of the road and placed them back in the center.

2/14/25, at 4:46 PM, Officers were dispatched for broken glass on the sidewalk in the 100 Block of E. State Street. (KS-25-001738). Officers cleaned up the glass and placed it in the trashcan.

2/14/25, at 7:22 PM, Officers were requested to assist the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department with an assault in the 300 Block of Church Street, Avondale. (KS-25-001762). One subject was taken into custody for assault, and it was later discovered that KSPD also had an active warrant for the subject in custody.

2/14/25, at 9:03 PM, Officers were requested to assist the Southern Chester County Regional Police Department with an assault in the 100 Block of Church Street, Avondale. (KS-25-001763). Officers assisted with Spanish translation.

2/15/25, at 8:21 PM, Officers were dispatched to the 600 Block of W. Cypress Street for a report of loud music. (KS-25-001774). Upon arrival, no music was heard or signs of anyone being in the area. The reporting party advised that the music stopped while on the phone with dispatch.

2/15/25, at 8:24 PM, Officers were dispatched to the Borough Parking Garage for an elevator rescue. (KS-25-001775). The fire department arrived and found no one in the elevator.
