When using the parking meters in the Borough, please be aware the Borough uses www.paybyphone.com for payment.

We have noticed an issue with some users getting scammed.  They complete a website search for "pay by phone", the search engine returns several websites for pay by phone parking.  Some of these websites are scammers and they selected the wrong website.  This then becomes a nightmare for the user.

PayByPhone is aware of this issue.  Unfortunately, as fast as they remove the scammer apps, another one is posted.

The best way to download the app is to follow the instructions on the parking meters.  The correct website, www.paybyphone.com, is also printed on the parking meters.
