Police were dispatched to Lululemon shortly before 1:00 pm for the report of a retail theft in progress. Responding officers surveyed the area and were unable to locate the individuals involved. A few hours later, two subjects were arrested by Upper Dublin Police Department for committing retail theft at the Lululemon in their jurisdiction. Following the investigation, the two subjects were identified in connection to the incident in Newtown and charged with organized retail theft, retail theft, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy to commit the same. Stolen merchandise, totaling over $5,000, was recovered for the Newtown location.
Police were dispatched to Ulta Beauty shortly before 1:30 pm for the report of a retail theft that occurred the day prior. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
Around 4:15 pm police conducted a traffic stop on a Toyota Camry for committing a vehicle code violation in the area of Barclay Street and Chandler Hall. Upon contact with the operator, the officer detected the odor of alcohol. The operator was unable to perform field sobriety tests satisfactorily and was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence. Charges are pending blood evidence results.
At approximately 8:30 pm police were dispatched to Lululemon for the report of a suspicious person. As a result of the investigation, the subject was identified and taken into custody on an active warrant from the Philadelphia Police Department. The subject was processed and transported without incident.

While on routine patrol in the area of Durham Road in Wrightstown Township around 10:00 pm, an officer spoke with a bicycle operator. As a result of the investigation, suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia were discovered and seized as evidence. The subject was taken into custody and processed without incident; charges are pending evidence results.
