2/18/24 at 12:37AM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 Block of S. Garfield Street for a noise disturbance. (KS-24-001471). Contact was made with the homeowners, and they turned the music off and went inside without incident.

2/18/24 at 3:43AM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of E. State Street for a report of shots fired. (KS-24-001475). The reporting party advised he heard eight shots but did not see any individual or vehicle in the area. The dispatched address and surrounding area were searched, and the incident appeared to be unfounded.

2/18/24 at 4:40PM, Officers were dispatched to assist Southern Chester County Regional Police in the 400 Block of S. Union Street for a follow up after an accident. (KS-24-001481).

2/18/24 at 10:40PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a verbal domestic in the 300 Block of E. Linden Street. (KS-24-001503). Officers confirmed the dispute was only verbal in nature and that both parties appeared physically well.

2/19/24 at 12:17PM, while conducting a speed enforcement detail at the intersection of E. State Street and S. Walnut Street, Officers completed a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling 47.368MPH in a 25MPH zone. (KS-24-001518). While running the registration of the vehicle, Officers observed a Chester County Bench Warrant for the operator of the vehicle. Subsequently, she was taken into custody and transported to Chester County Prison.

2/19/24 at 2:36PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of two juveniles climbing on the railroad crossing lights at the intersection of Center Street and W. Cedar Street. (KS-24-001521). Upon arrival to the area no juveniles were observed. A patrol of the surrounding area was conducted, and no juveniles were seen in the area.

2/20/24 at 2:40PM, Officers were dispatched for two female juveniles who were planning to fight at the basketball courts off of E. South Street. (KS-24-001545). Contact was made with a group of juvenile females who advised they were involved but were no longer going to fight. Officers advised all involved parties not to threaten to fight people and to go their separate ways.

2/21/24 at 2:49PM, Officers were dispatched for a report in reference to receiving threatening text messages. (KS-24-001577). The reporting party advised they did not know the person texting them and they did not request money. Officers advised blocking the number and having no further contact with the individual.

2/22/24 at 7:40PM, while conducting a patrol check at Krapf Bus Co, Officers observed a white, older van traveling through the parking lot while the business appeared closed. (KS-24-001602). Contact was made with the operator of the van as he was locking the gate. He advised he worked there and was just finishing up.

2/22/24 at 10:30AM, Officers received a CY 104 regarding a female juvenile engaging in a sexual relationship with an adult male. (KS-24-001593). Pending further investigation.

2/22/24 at 4:30PM, Officers were dispatched to check the Borough for reports of trailers being parked on streets. (KS-24-001600). Patrols were conducted in the area of Stenning Hills, Southview and Penn Ave. No trailers parked on Borough Streets were seen during this time.

2/22/24 at 10:34PM, Officers were dispatched for a parking complaint for a vehicle illegally parked in front of a fire hydrant. (KS-24-001605). Officers observed the vehicle parked illegally and issued a parking ticket.

2/23/24 at 3:48PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of property damage in the 600 Block of W. Cypress Street. (KS-24-001623). The reporting party advised construction vehicles had damaged the asphalt and lawn and didn’t want the vehicles on their property any longer.

2/23/24 at 6:38PM, Officers were dispatched for a suspicious condition in the 300 Block of E. Linden Street for a white panel van with a “mural” on the side of it parked in the area with no registration displayed. (KS-24-001626). Upon arrival, the van left the scene. The reporting party advised the only thing they found suspicious was they did not see a registration.

2/24/24 at 8:53PM, Officers were dispatched to the parking garage for an issue with the Kiosk at the exit. (KS-24-001650). Upon arrival, there appeared to be no issue with the Kiosk. The reporting party advised the vehicle in front of him was having issues making a payment to exit the garage, but they were allowed to exit without issue.
