11/26/23 at 12:34PM, Officers were dispatched for a found Rottweiler mixed dog, in the area of the YMCA. (KS-23-011227). The reporting party advised they could hold on to the dog until the owner was found. The owner of the dog made contact with Officers around 12:39PM and the dog was returned.

11/27/23 at 11:41PM, Officers were dispatched due to solicitors in the area of Juniper Hill Apartments. (KS-23-011249). Officers made contact with the solicitor, an employee of Clear view Energy and advised soliciting was not permitted in the Borough and the possibility for citations for subsequent incidents.

11/27/23 at 12:45PM, Officers were dispatched for a fight which occurred between two juveniles. (KS-23-011251). One Non-Traffic Citation was issued.

11/26/23 at 3:51PM, Officers were requested to assist Kennett Township Police Department with an accident in the area of 139 E. Hillendale Road. (KS-23-011230).

11/27/23 at 5:44PM, Officers were dispatched to the 100 Block of W. South Street for a physical domestic, mother versus son. (KS-23-011257). Upon arrival, it was confirmed that no physical altercation had happened.

11/27/23 at 6:44PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a disturbance in the 500 Block of W. Cypress Street. (KS-23-011258). The incident involved a neighbor dispute due to cars parked in the wrong parking spaces.

11/28/23 at 3:33PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of W. Mulberry Street for a welfare check of a male in his thirties, running in the street and jumping in front of vehicles. (KS-23-011281). The area was searched for the male with negative results.

11/28/23 at 5:01PM, Officers were dispatched to the 700 Block of S. Garfield Street for a parking complaint of three vehicles that haven’t moved in a year. (KS-23-011287). Two of the vehicles were marked abandoned due to flat tires and expired inspection and emissions.

11/29/23 at 1:59PM, Officers were dispatched for a report of a stolen iPhone and wallet from the YMCA Pickleball Courts. (KS-23-011316). Staff reviewed footage of the incident and did not see any suspicious activity.

11/29/23 at 3:44PM, Officers were dispatched for a domestic in the 500 Block of Center Street, involving a juvenile attempting to leave the residence. (KS-23-011322). Upon arrival, Officers were advised no one was verbally yelling and it did not get physical.

11/30/23 at 3:13PM, Officers were dispatched for a report in reference to possible child abuse. (KS-23-011357). Pending further investigation.

12/1/23 at 10:08AM, Officers took a report in reference to a possible scam. (KS-23-011379). The reporting party advised she received a called from border patrol stating she was under investigation for a package that was received in her name containing drugs and $80,000 in cash. Officers attempted to make contact with the phone number provided, but it was not a real phone number.

12/1/23 at 1:33PM, Officers received a phone assignment in reference to a fraud report. (KS-23-011385). The reporting party had been buying gift cards and sending photos of them through WhatsApp to an individual who claimed to be assisting with consolidating debt/retrieving prior funds for the reporting party. The reporting party was advised not to send anymore gift cards due to this being a scam.

12/1/23 at 1:38PM, a found wallet was turned into the police department that was found in a mail drop off box. (KS-23-011384). The wallet was placed in the found property bin.

12/1/23 at 5:36PM, Officers were dispatched for a domestic in the 400 W. South Street. (KS-23-011390). Upon arrival contact was made with both parties involved, it was learned the fight was only verbal, over the phone. The reporting party was advised to contact the police if anything else were to happen that evening.

12/1/23 at 7:45PM, Officers were dispatched for a verbal domestic in the 100 Block of N. Walnut Street. (KS-23-011392). The two subjects involved stayed at separate places for the night and were told not to contact one another.

12/2/23 at 5:39PM, Officers were dispatched to the 200 Block of Birch Street for an accident hit and run, with a two-minute time delay. (KS-23-011418). Officers made contact with the operator of the striking vehicle, who showed signs of impairment. Subsequently, the operator was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI.
