The below listed juvenile has been found safe.

On November 18th, 2023, Hailey Sydney was reported missing by her mother. She is 16 years old and was last seen in her family's house in the area of Grandview Court, Carlisle on the evening of November 17th. It is believed she may have left with an unknown male acquaintance during the overnight hours. 

Hailey has three piercings in each ear as well as a pierced nose. Her clothing description is unknown but she was last seen with her hair in a high ponytail.
