On June 1, 2023, District Court 15-3-04 issued an Arrest Warrant for Benjamin Timmonds for the following incident.

On May 24, 2023, at 1:44AM, Officers were dispatched to contact Pennsylvania State Police Avondale in reference to a burglary which occurred approximately five days prior. Upon making contact with the Troopers, it was discovered they had Benjamin Timmonds, 21 of Wilmington, DE, in custody for an unrelated incident. Timmonds advised he broke into his deceased grandmother's residence over the weekend. KSPD Officers went to the residence and observed the rear window broken and a hole which was made through the basement door, just as the Trooper had stated. KSPD Officers questioned Timmonds, who admitted going to the residence, in the 300 Block of E. Linden Street, and causing damage to the property to gain access inside the residence. Charges of Burglary and related offenses were filed at District Court 15-3-04.
