Trinadie apologized to the victim, Josilyn Mark, and her family and admitted that he did make the decision to take an assault rifle into a vehicle that led to her critical injuries, but was not the one who pulled the trigger.
 

Update 7/9/24 - Court date reset from today until August 13th for a Trial Setting.  GPS monitoring is still in place.

The Cortez Police Department arrested Lopez, Trinadie Xavier on Thursday, October 19th, 2023.
