Approximately 6:25 pm on 5/31/2023 a white female, age 20-30's, hair pulled up, driving a dark colored pickup truck in the area of Heritage CT and E. Franklin St, was alleged to have approached a child while walking at a fast pace with her arms out as if she was going to grab the child.  Child retreated into the house and locked the door.  Child did not know the subject.  Last seen leaving in the pickup truck.  Unknown direction.  More information will be provided as it becomes available.  Anyone with information is asked to call 911 in York County or outside of York County call 717-854-5571.
