The mission of the El Paso Police Department is to enhance the quality of life in the City of El Paso through partnerships with residents, businesses, schools, faith groups, community organizations, and other entities in a manner that promotes the preservation of life and property, maintains peaceful public order, and provides for a safe and secure environment, while enforcing the law with respect for human dignity and treating all people fairly.
