On 10/17/2020 at 2240 hours, officers on patrol observed Candra Kathleen Turner walking West on Street Road. The officers made contact with her and Turner was found to have Heroin, numerous orange capped needles and other drug paraphernalia.  After further investigation, Turner was also wanted in Bucks County for Failure to Appear. She was taken into custody, processed and later released with charges to Buck’s County Sheriff’s Office.
