An investigation determined that Yanira Argueta-Rivera and Oscar Josue Argueta Aldana attempted to leave the store with more than $190 worth of unpaid merchandise before being stopped by store loss prevention personnel.

Both individuals were taken into custody by responding officers without incident.

As a result of the investigation, Argueta-Rivera and Argueta Aldana were each charged with:

• One (1) count of Retail Theft (M1)
• One (1) count of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft (M1)

The charges were filed before the Honorable Mary Mongiovi Sponaugle of Magisterial District Court 02-2-03 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
