PFA VIOLATION

LITITZ BOROUGH - The LBPD patrol function filed a criminal complaint and affidavit of probable cause against Joshua ELLER, age 33, of York PA, alleging he committed the offense of Indirect Criminal Contempt (PFA violation).

On 06/15/26, an adult female reported that ELLER contacted her through Facebook Messenger. ELLER is the subject of a protection from abuse order which prohibited him from having contact with the female. The LBPD patrol function obtained an arrest warrant for ELLER.

ELLER remains wanted.

ELLER is presumed innocent.
