LRPD was dispatched to 3731 Lycoming Creek Rd. in Lycoming Township on October 12, 2023 around 7PM for an assault incident.  Police arrived on scene and spoke to the victim who reported he was struck from behind by an unknown male as he was leaving the Cogan Station Family Market.   The victim sustained minor injuries and required no medical treatment.  Police investigated further and identified the 15-year-old male juvenile from Pine Street in Lycoming Township that was responsible.  The juvenile is being charged with summary harassment.
