On 2/19/24 at approximately 6:11pm, three juveniles were arrested for RETAIL THEFT when they entered a store in the 600 block of Locust Street, Columbia, PA, and stole items totaling $58.27.  Based on the incident, all three juveniles were charged with retail theft and their parents were notified.  The juveniles are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
