On 4/10/16, Ephrata Police responded to Kmart, 1127 S. State St. Ephrata Township, for two retail theft suspects in custody. Police learned that two juvenile males had been observed together, stealing merchandise valued at approximately $100.00. Both juveniles were released and will receive a summons for a charge of Retail Theft.
