NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. - The North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) is seeking the public's assistance in locating 53-year-old Harold Jermaine Mitchell of North Charleston, a suspect wanted in connection with a Shoplifting with Property Crime Enhancement incident.
