The North Charleston Police Department Cops Athletic Program (C.A.P.) is seeking passionate alumni from Fort Dorchester High School, North Charleston High School, and Hanahan High School to volunteer as coaches and mentors for our upcoming Powderpuff League.

Our Powderpuff League is one of the largest youth athletic programs we host each year, bringing together female student-athletes from schools across Charleston County School District (CCSD), Dorchester School District Two (DD2), and surrounding communities. This program is about much more than flag football, it's about building confidence, leadership, teamwork, discipline, and lasting relationships between our youth and law enforcement.

Each volunteer coach will partner alongside a North Charleston Police Department officer to mentor and guide a team throughout the season. Whether you're a former player, graduate, coach, or simply someone who wants to give back to your community, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of young women.

As the saying goes, "It takes a village to raise a child." The NCPD Cops Athletic Program is proud to be part of that village, and we're looking for dedicated community leaders to join us in inspiring the next generation.
