The North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) has been made aware of a video circulating online involving an interaction between an officer and a subject at a local car wash.

In accordance with department policy, incidents involving any use of force are reviewed by our Office of Professional Standards (Internal Affairs). This is currently under investigation.
