NCPD detectives are investigating a drive-by shooting that left three people injured Monday afternoon. Around 12:15, officers responded to the area of Dorchester Road and Andrews Street. They found two people suffering from gunshot wounds. They were transported to a hospital for treatment. A passerby was grazed by a bullet and treated at the scene. 

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information can submit a tip anonymously through our website at northcharlestonpd.org or via our CrimeWatch app.

UPDATE: Dorchester Road is now open (7-21-2025 @ 2:10 pm).
