Members of our School Resource Officer Unit recently visited Lambs Elementary to participate in an impactful mentoring session for the LEAD and LEADing Ladies groups.
Through interactive, real-world scenarios, students stepped into situations involving peer pressure and conflict, learning how to respond with confidence and control. With guidance from our SROs, they practiced de-escalation techniques, positive decision-making, and effective communication skills.
👮♂️ Hands-on learning: Students participated in role-playing exercises based on real-life challenges
💬 Real-time feedback: Officers provided practical strategies for conflict resolution and anger management
🌱 Empowering youth: Encouraging leadership, resilience, and smart choices
This partnership continues to strengthen trust between our officers and students while equipping young leaders with the tools they need to succeed—both in and out of the classroom.
