Please join the NCPD Cops Athletic Program in celebrating the NCPD CAPS 2025 Powderbowl Champions – The Stall High School “Lady Warriors” on their hard-fought 8–6 victory over the Fort Dorchester High School “Lady Patriots.”
This year’s championship was nothing short of inspiring.
Coach McFarland shared how incredibly proud he is of his team, saying:
“We earned this championship the hard way, with effort, discipline, and believing in each other even when it got tough.”
Coach McFarland, one of Stall’s dedicated School Resource Officers, coaches alongside Coach Singleton. Together, they lead their Powderpuff program with passion, mentorship, and a commitment to shaping young leaders. Coach McFarland also added:
“These girls competed with heart, represented our school with class, and proved that champions are built through teamwork, not luck.”
The NCPD Cops Athletic Program celebrates every player, coach, school, volunteer, and supporter who made this season a success. This program exists to bridge the gap between our officers and our community’s youth, and this season showed exactly what happens when we come together with purpose and pride.
We also extend a special thank-you to our amazing sponsors who kept our athletes fueled throughout the year:
And a big shoutout to Major Aiken and Sgt. Kornahrens, Mavis L. Manigault for volunteering their time and helping ensure this event was a memorable one. Coaches for Stall High School "Lady Warriors" Officer McFarland, Officer Singleton, CSO Mitchell, Coach Shanti, Coach Luke and Coach Bri.
Although another great season has come to a close, the NCPD CAPS Program looks forward to celebrating every single female athlete and coach at our upcoming 2025 Powderpuff Banquet.
