North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) officers and detectives are investigating a stabbing that occurred yesterday evening in the Forest Hills 2 community.

On Thursday evening, at approximately 9pm, NCPD responded to a call regarding a stabbing assault incident that took place outside near the 4600 block of Lowell Drive. According to the adult male victim, an unidentified individual confronted him by the dumpsters, demanded money, and then attacked him, causing multiple injuries. The victim was subsequently transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

The case remains under active investigation, and no arrests have been made.
