Last night at approximately 10:30pm, the North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) received a call regarding gunfire in the 5000 block of Morrow Lane, within the Wescott community. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a local resident who reported that an unidentified vehicle had pulled up in front of their home. The vehicle then opened fire on the residence and a parked vehicle, striking them multiple times, before quickly departing the scene. Fortunately, no individuals were harmed during this incident.

Detectives have arrested three individuals, in connection with this case. NCPD continues to actively investigate this incident, focusing on determining the identities of any others who may be responsible.
