North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred this morning at the South Carolina State Credit Union, located at 6750 Rivers Avenue.

At approximately 9:10 a.m., officers responded to the credit union after receiving a report of a robbery. According to the preliminary investigation, a male suspect entered the business and demanded money before leaving with an undetermined amount of cash.

No injuries were reported during the incident.
