Update: NCPD has one subject in custody. We are lifting the shelter in place request and thank the community for their cooperation.

The North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) is on-scene at Refuge Pointe Cir for an active domestic disturbance. 

We are asking residents nearby to shelter in place, while officers handle the situation.
