NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. - The North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) is seeking the public's assistance in locating 40-year-old Heather Christine Fann of Summerville, a suspect wanted in connection with a Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent incident.
