On 3/28/2026 at approximately 11:25 am, FREDERICK J. KORNSTEDT AKA "Fredrick" (age 35) of East Prospect was charged with committing the act(s) of:

1. Cruelty to Animals (M2)
2. Neglect of Animals-Sustenance/Water (M3)
3. Abandon Any Dog W/In Commonwealth (S)

This occurred in the 1st block of W. Maple St., East Prospect Borough. 

Based on the incident an officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department filed charges against KORNSTEDT at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office.  A preliminary hearing will be scheduled.

FREDERICK JOHN KORNSTEDT is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
