Update on Reported Suspicious Vehicle:

The Williamsport Police is aware of numerous reports of a white van containing a "person wearing a clown mask," which appears to be a mask attached to the passenger headrest inside the vehicle. We are also aware of several postings regarding this vehicle being shared on social media which may be causing unintended alarm. Both the vehicle and driver have been identified, and there is currently no cause for alarm.
