We Will Never Forget - Honoring the Heroes of 9/11

Today, the Williamsport Police would like to take a moment to remember and reflect on the tragedy that occurred on September 11, 2001. We remember the 2,977 lives lost in the terrorist attack that day in New York, Washington DC and Shanksville, PA., and we honor the unwavering courage of the police, firefighters, and EMTs who tragically lost their lives while responding to the call and trying to save others.

These acts of selflessness and heroism from our fellow first responders will be forever etched in our hearts.
