The person previously pictured in this post has been identified. PO Stevens and the Williamsport Bureau of Police as a whole, would like extend our sincere appreciation to all those who provided information regarding this case. 

PO Stevens is attempting to identify the pictured individual in relation to a theft that occurred at 621 Hepburn ST - the Goodwill Store.
