The Lycoming Valley Regional PD and Williamsport Bureau of Police are investigating the theft of a motor vehicle from the 800 block of First Avenue that occurred overnight. The vehicle has since been recovered on Lycoming Creek Road, and two juveniles have been taken into custody.
