**UPDATE**
During the course of the investigation into this shooting, Agents assigned to the Williamsport Bureau of Police Criminal Investigations Unit identified three individuals involved in the incident. The individuals were identified as Lamar Campbell, Phillip Torres, and a male juvenile.
Following the identification of the suspects, Agents obtained and executed a search warrant at 613 Green Street in the City of Williamsport. During the execution of the search warrant, investigators recovered a large quantity of suspected controlled substances and two firearms.
As a result of the investigation, Lamar Campbell and Phillip Torres were charged with various narcotics and firearms offenses.
The male juvenile was charged with Discharge of a Firearm into an Occupied Structure, Possession of a Firearm by a Minor, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Possessing Instruments of Crime. Following his arrest, the juvenile was committed to a juvenile detention facility pending further court proceedings.
The Williamsport Bureau of Police would like to thank its law enforcement partners for their assistance during this investigation. The investigation remains active, and additional charges may be filed as further information is developed.

On Thursday, June 4, 2026, at approximately 3:45 p.m., the Williamsport Police responded to the 1400 block of West 4th Street for a report of multiple shots fired.
Upon arrival, officers located multiple casings in the area of Seth Street and Cemetery Street. During the investigation, officers made contact with residents in the 400 block of Allen Street who reported that their residence had been struck by gunfire. Witnesses advised they observed approximately three to five black males fleeing the area immediately following the incident.
Two adult males have been detained in connection with the investigation. The scene is currently being processed and the investigation is ongoing.
At this time, investigators believe this was a targeted incident and there is no known threat to the public.
The Williamsport Police is asking residents in the surrounding area to review any home security camera footage for potential evidence related to this incident.
