The pictured vehicle has been located. We would like to extend our appreciation to all those who provided information in this case. 

PO Troutman is currently investigating a hit and run incident that occurred on September 19th, 2026, at approximately 9:20 PM.  While a pedestrian was crossing 1400 block of High ST, they were struck by a vehicle which ultimately fled the scene.  The offending vehicle is believed to be a red Hyundai Elantra with chrome door handles and missing the passenger side mirror.  Pictured is an example of the offending vehicle.
