UPDATE 02/09/2024 @ 1250PM   Lycoming Housing determined that the male was from a legitimate heating repair service and had knocked on the wrong apartment door.  

On February 08, 2024 LRPD took a report of a suspicious person knocking on an apartment door at Chatham Park Apartments, 2042 Chatham Park Dr. in Old Lycoming Twp. The caller reported that a male knocked on her apartment door around 12:30 AM on Tuesday, February 06, 2024 saying he was sent there by maintenance to fix the heat.  The tenant had no issues with her heat and had not called anyone from maintenance.  The tenant described the male as white, tall, with blonde or brown hair wearing a navy fleece jacket.  The tenant stated the male was holding a black and white puppy in his jacket.  Residents seeing anything suspicious are asked to call 911 immediately.
