LRPD reports the arrest of Dominic Reynolds on September 18, 2026, following a disturbance involving threats and a reported weapon at a Lycoming Township residence. Reynolds was wanted on an LRPD felony theft warrant for allegedly stealing a firearm belonging to his brother, Levi Johnson.  Levi Johnson was charged in August for shooting Reynolds in the chest after a disturbance at their Lycoming Creek Rd. home in Old Lycoming Twp.

Assisting units from SWPD located Reynolds’ vehicle and conducted a high‑risk stop on Beauty’s Run Rd. Reynolds was taken into custody without incident and committed to the Lycoming County Prison on $10,000 straight bail. 

Eddie Johnson Jr., a brother of both Dominic and Levi, was also taken into custody at the Lycoming Township home on an unrelated Pa State Police warrant.
