Disorderly Conduct (2020-01092)
1st block of West State Street
Occurred: 7/5/2020 at approx.. 1816 hours
Police responded to listed address for a Domestic-in-progress call. As a result of this investigation Ryan Renshaw, White male age 41 and Jennifer Pine, White female age 36 were both cited for disorderly conduct.
Harassment (2020-01091)
1st block of South Church Street
Occurred: 7/5/2020 at approx. 1546 hours
Police responded to an on-going problem of harassment in the first block of South Church Street. As a result of this investigation Tristan Good, White male age 22 was cited for harassment.
Theft and Access Device Fraud (2020-01161)
Huffnagle Park 55 Oak Lane
Occurred: 7/14/2020 reported at 1737 hours
Reporting person stated that her purse, a black Coach purse worth $200, was stolen out of her unlocked vehicle at the Huffnagle Park as she was in the park with her children. The victim later learned that both her debit and credit cards were used at the Walgreens Store on Lititz Pike to purchase over $500 worth of merchandise. Video evidence and fingerprint evidence from the one card that was left behind at the store has been obtained and is being analyzed. This investigation continues. Endangering the Welfare of Children (2020-01170)
100 block of Wheatfield Court
Occurred: 7/15/2020 at approx. 1000 hours
Police responded to unconscious person and arrived at the same time as Medics. It was determined that the subject, Katelyn Ringenary, White female age 18, overdosed on Fentanyl. She was the only person home with her 5-month-old son when she overdosed. The child was okay upon his grandfather returning home to this situation. Katelyn Ringenary was charge with a felony count of Endangering the Welfare of Children and was committed to the Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail set by MDJ Benner.

Disorderly Conduct, plus traffic citations (2020-01259)
200 block of West Fourth Street
Occurred: 7/27/2020 at approx.. 1438 hours
Police attempted to stop a motorcycle that did not have a registration plate attached. The rider, a 17-year-old White male from the 200 block of West State Street, stopped and parked the motorcycle and then fled through residential yards from the police officer. The officer was able to apprehend the subject without incident. The subject to be cited for Disorderly Conduct for fleeing on foot from a traffic stop, and several traffic violations. The juvenile was released into the custody of his father.
Traffic Accident involving a horse (2020-01296)
12 West State Street
Occurred: 07/31/2020 at approx. 2227 hours
A horse was reported by multiple subjects as running loose west on West State Street. The horse then ran into a vehicle a listed location causing minor damage to the vehicle and minor injuries to the horse. Several citizens helped to coral the horse in the first block of East State Street and one of the men offered to take and care for the horse until the owner was located. The owner from the 100 block of Pumping Station Road, Quarryville, PA called County Dispatch to report his horse had escaped the enclosure at his home. The owner was put in touch with the man who was caring for his horse.
