On 12 December 2019 Jose Vazquez-Martinez was arrested in Lancaster City pursuant to an arrest warrant held by Quarryville Police. Alleged offenses occurred at a residence in Quarryville Borough and involved two juvenile victims, one of which was under the age of 13. Vazquez-Martinez was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Keller and committed to Lancaster County Prison after being unable to post bail.
