On 26 August 2022 at approximately 10:30 PM, an Officer with the Quarryville Police Department conducted a traffic stop for an equipment violation.  The vehicle was driven by Steven Taylor of Lancaster City. During the stop, the Officer determined Taylor's license was suspended and he was found to be in possession of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia. Taylor was charged by the Officer with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving while Suspended. Charges were filed at District Court 02-3-04. 

All persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court of law.
