On 15 September 2021 at approximately 2120 hours, a member of the Quarryville Police was on bicycle patrol near Memorial Park, 297 Park Avenue Quarryville, PA 17566. While patrolling the area, the officer detected the odor of Marijuana coming from a particular vehicle that was driving by. The officer initiated a traffic stop of the vehicle and found that the driver, Devin Leibley, had been smoking a Marijuana cigarette or "roach" while driving past the officer. A search of the vehicle yielded no further contraband. Due to the fact that Leibley had his three kids in the back of the vehicle, the Quarryville Police has charged Leibley with Corruption of Minors as well as possession of Marijuana and paraphernalia.
All persons/suspects charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
